About Us

ReturnersWork.

We are committed to bringing employers and returners together.

Our goal is to offer employers access to this valuable, diverse and largely untapped talent pool. At the same time, it is important for us that women and men on their return to work path receive the necessary support through job matching opportunities, coaching, professional networking, and career advice. As parents ourselves, we understand the challenges faced by thousands of mothers and fathers when it comes to finding meaningful employment within a flexible work environment.

We offer you as an employer the opportunity to benefit from the broad experience and transferable skills that returners have. As an organisation, you give returners a chance to reintegrate into the labour market and profit from a highly motivated labour force. This is a win-win situation for both employers and employees.
