An Opportunity for Employers to Meet Returners
The Career Re-Entry Fair is designed in an innovative manner to create a platform for employers and returners to interact face-to-face and hands-on, encouraging employers to look past a returner’s CV and to recognise the talent and experience that they can offer.
Employers can position themselves as attractive employers, learn about other career re-entry programmes and introduce their corporate culture and job opportunities for an optimal fit.
First Career Re-Entry Fair
In 2020, eleven employers (Credit Suisse, Johnson & Johnson, Lonza AG, Lucerne School of Business, Paul Scherrer Institut, PwC Switzerland, Roche Diagnostics International, Schindler Aufzüge, Sunrise Communications AG, Swiss Re, and UBS) shared in Ted style presentations their corporate culture, the skills they are looking for and their efforts to create more flexible working arrangements. Following the employer presentations, participants joined ReturnersWork experts & coaches in workshops where they received advice on how to prepare for their re-entry. During the Speed Meetings participants were able to introduce themselves to employers and have virtual discussions in small groups.
