An Opportunity for Employers to Meet Returners

The Career Re-Entry Fair is designed in an innovative manner to create a platform for employers and returners to interact face-to-face and hands-on, encouraging employers to look past a returner’s CV and to recognise the talent and experience that they can offer.

Employers can position themselves as attractive employers, learn about other career re-entry programmes and introduce their corporate culture and job opportunities for an optimal fit.

First and Second Career Re-Entry Fair

In 2020 and in 2021, 13 employers, 12 partner organisations and more than 50 returners participated in the Career Re-Entry Fair.  Through Ted style presentations on the skills employers are looking for, panelists and guest speakers, participants benefitted from insights and learned about the inherent challenges and opportunities for labour market re-entry. Returners also had the opportunity to join ReturnersWork experts & coaches in workshops where they received advice on how to prepare for their re-entry. During the Speed Meetings participants were able to introduce themselves to employers and have virtual discussions in small groups.

The Third Career Re-Entry Fair will take place on 14. November in Zug.  Contact us to find out about participation possibilities and sponsoring opportunities for the 2023 Career Re-Entry Fair.
