She began her career in Education and has been a speaker in 300+ universities and schools in over 30 countries. She is the co-founder of Salt Consulting & Communications Ltd. and the co-author of The Integrity System (www.theintegritysystem.com), an online coaching and personal development program to help guide practitioners, leaders and program members toward greater integrity in their decision-making. She has a multi-disciplinary master’s degree in education and has completed a post-grad specialist certification in Vocational Psychology.

Denise co-founded Coach Within®, a Swiss Olympic-approved curriculum where she has coached over 100 Olympic, professional national team, and youth sports coaches in human development, empathy, active listening, mindfulness, and communication skills. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion and believes fiercely in the need for sustainable economies and the practical application of feminism for the benefit of men, women, children, and the planet.
