Karina is an accomplished Global People & Culture Leader with international experience across consulting, healthcare and non-profit sectors. After nearly 2 decades working in the corporate environment, Karina has taken a lateral step and has set up her private coaching and consulting practice focused on helping workplaces become spaces that support employee wellbeing. As a reintegration coach, Karina supports career professionals returning to work after extended absences.
Karina is a trained coach and a certified Mental Health First Aid instructor. She has worked and lived in the Philippines, San Francisco, and Costa Rica; and currently resides in Basel, Switzerland with her young family.
