Annette Rath is a certified psychologist and systemic solutions-oriented coach. She has been active in management and aptitude diagnostics, including executive level, for about 20 years. In doing so, she attaches great importance to the use of sound test procedures and methods for behavioural observation and interviewing.

As a trainer and coach, she focuses not only on classic management development but also on career and outplacement consulting, as well as preparation for special circumstances and the general strengthening of resilience. In numerous training courses and coaching sessions, Annette has accompanied people from a wide range of industries and levels of hierarchy in their efforts to reorient themselves professionally due to the need for a career change, job loss or when returning to work after a family break. Over the years, she has been able to gather a wealth of experience in developing realistic career ideas, bringing out one’s own strengths and overcoming uncertainties.

Originally from southwest Germany, she has been living in Zurich since 2010. Annette pursues her passion for sharing inspiring professional content not only through her coaching sessions but also in the form of various posts on the blog pages she maintains.
