Monika Keller
Monika is an entrepreneur, trainer, coach and life designer.
She knows from experience that there are ways to create a long-term healthy and fulfilling work-life balance.
That is why she accompanies women in professional or leadership positions to tackle challenges at work, but also to deal with issues around work-life balance.
For companies and institutions, she conducts workshops and trainings and supports employers in keeping their employees healthy and fit. This enables them to develop their full potential.
During consultations, she always takes a holistic view of her client’s current life situation. After all, we often have other challenges in addition to our jobs. Only with a 360-degree view is it possible to take the right measures and decisions.
Before her further training as PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Expert, adult educator and mediator, Monika first completed a commercial apprenticeship before studying translation and also working as a language teacher.
Her biggest challenge was reorienting herself after a stroke of fate and taking on a part-time management position as a single parent. At that time, she was the first in the company to do this on a 70 % part-time basis.
Monika has lived with her husband in a patchwork family in Zurich for 10 years. They have four children.
