We invite you to join us for the ‘ReturnersWork Virtual Talk Series.’ This series of virtual talks, in partnership with various organisations, will provide valuable insights and information on the landscape of returnships and career re-entry opportunities in Switzerland.

During these virtual talks you will have the opportunity to connect with other professionals in similar situations, as well as with potential employers and experts in the field. We welcome anyone who is interested in returning to the workplace after a career hiatus to join us for this informative and valuable series.

Virtual Talk 1:  What is Happening with Career Re-entry Programmes in Switzerland

• What is being done at the policy level to address the structural issues which create barriers for women and men to re-enter the labour market?
• How are employers managing skills shortages and what opportunities are available for returners to upskill?
• What are the jobs in demand for the returner population and how can returners position themselves for these opportunities?
